Dr. Anderson purchased the farm where Hometown Animal Hospital is located in 2008. It was a farm that she had always admired growing up with the beautiful old red barn, pasture with horses, and charming old farm house. At the time she and her kids needed a place to raise their 4-H horses and pigs and this was the ideal setting! Dr. Anderson renovated the interior of the farm house into a modern veterinary hospital including exam rooms, a surgical suite, radiology room, and an isolation area to hospitalize sick and post-surgical patients. Dr. Anderson’s goal was to make it functional while still keeping the charm of the original farmhouse.
Hometown Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary hospital that offers a wide range of comprehensive small animal healthcare services, from wellness and preventative medicine to advanced diagnostics to routine and complex surgical care, and much more.
